EGR and AIR Delete Help
#2
write up isn't really necessary.. all you need to know about the EGR/AIR delete for an LS6 intake is:
*you need a freeze plug for the line on the rear of the intake.
*Block of plates for both exhaust manifolds
*Tune out the SES light
*Pull the hoses, lines, and AIR pump out. (Air pump is under the driver side headlight)
Its pretty straight forward once you put you head under there and look at it.

OP: ignore the first two things above. The LS6 intake doesn't have provisions(except the SLP unit) for the EGR so you don't need to plug anything. You also don't need block off plates since you are going to run race headers.

EGR is easy, unbolt from the intake and bend the tube, unplug the connector, and unbolt the two bolts holding it on the exhaust manifold.

The short piece goes back into the small port on the back of the intake
The piece in pic three can be tossed in the trash since it goes to the AIR system.
I think the long hose(with the circle thing in the middle) goes to the port on top of the piece that you have in pic 4. If it does it also can be trashed and just cap the open end of the T fitting
