See the mods in my sig(minus tires/catback)? They all fit in the camaro. YES every single mod including the pumpkin for the gears 
i coulda fit paris hilton in the car still (she's a bit skinny) afterwards. lol.

no problem! If you put the top down, just stack everything up, and it should not be a problem - jk 
Top up : if the suitcases aren't too big, you'll get 2 in the trunk.
On the 00s, there is a plastic seperator between the trunk and back seat that can be removed, and a narrow suitcase will fit in there.
If it is 3 people total (including you), you would also have extra room in a back seat - or is that where the cooler is going?

Two large and one medium? Not a problem. You might be able to squeeze one large and one medium in the trunk and the other in the unused back seat. Where there is a will...there is a way. If the top is up...there is cargo space behind the back seat.
