Hey guys I am looking to get these

I am getting the 4.10 for my auto 2000 z28. I was wondering if this is all i need for the install.... thanks so much

I also plan on doing gears this winter. so you need the gears AND the install kit?

I believe guys with autos go with 373, not 410. I would do some research as it maybe too much gear for you auto.

why is it too much? its not my daily driver car... i was considering 456's ... whats wrong w/ the 4.10?

You'll kill alot of your top end - it'll be great if you race the 1/8th but could be too much for the 1/4

I'd replace the gaskets, bearings, etc while you're doing it and obviously you'll need gear oil.

Basic install kit is fine, id stay 373 with auto..you could probably swing 390's

I'm basically stock I have 3.73s, lts, and a small shot of nitrous and I'm almost at the end of third in the quarter

am doing 4.10 on my a4. i have 3.73 in my vette a4 and never went over 5700 rpm in the 1/4 mile. remember you got to whine your motor to get to your power band, then again it depends on the cam you use.
