Default Stock '99 TA adding LS6 intake

I plan to begin mods on my '99 LS1 TA with a larger air lid (SLP), smooth bellows, larger MAF (SLP no screen), stock TB (not P&P), LS6 intake, 1 and 3/4" Kooks headers, off-road non-cat Y-pipe, and Flowmaster exhaust. Here is the question... What do I need to change from the stock LS1 intake to the LS6 intake? New intake gaskets - Yes. Do I need different fuel rails? Or, can I use the stock fuel rails and bolts? The rest of the mods listed should be easy bolt-on/clamp-on parts. I will wait to P&P the TB until after I pull the trigger on a cam and ported heads. I do not plan to use FI or NOS. So, I'll prob get a moderate cam and ported 5.3 PRC's or 243's down the road. I have not purchased the LS6 intake yet. So, I am wondering if I need to make sure the fuel rails are included in the deal or can I use my stock fuel rails since many LS6 intakes that have seen for sale do not include the fuel rails. Also. I am not certain about the clearance issue with the bolts. Or, is the bolt clearance only an issue with the FAST intakes? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

stock fuel rails are fine... i reused the gaskets, that would be up to you, also most will say skip on the smooth bellow and maf

What does true dual mean? X-pipe instead of Y-pipe? I asked Kppks about that and they said they are working on the X-pipe set up for production. But, they could not give me a price. Or, is there another way to do a true dual exhaust?

True duals is Headers to their own single pipes. The pipes never come together.

there is a write up on installing a ls6 intake on a ls1 engine.you must remove some of the ribs on the under side of the intake to clear the coolant tube.

I guess the Kooks 1 and 3/4" headers would qualify as true dual. Correct?

If you use the LS1 coolant lines and not the LS6 style

Also keep in mind that if you're not going to do the lid, manifold and headers at the same time and plan on driving it in between you'll need some combination of EGR/AIR block off plates and and a plug for the lid and manifold.
