That sounds about right for a shop to do it.

That's a pretty good price. I don't see anyone doing all that for under $500 and that would be pretty cheap.

80 bucks an hour labor rate? I usually pay between 42 and 50 at the two shops I use. That is why I use those shops and they are dirt track and circle track guys themselves.

last place i was quoted labor that cheap, the "tech" advised he was being (under)paid under the table. everything's more expensive in CA.
your gasoline probably costs $0.75 less per gallon, your nitrous refills are probably $3/lb compared to our $5-6/lb and a guy working at a convenience store can afford a mortgage payment.

If you have a Predator you can do it, but you'll have to go on their forum and get someone with the CMR software to adjust it in your current tune. They'll probably charge you $30. You don't have that capability. If you have a different handheld it should still be possible if they have similar support.

If you trust them and they are reputable... I would pay it.

Local Shop here wants $ 500.00 just for Motor Mounts & Trans Mount, currently looking at other Shops / Options.

$500 for mounts?

Local guy here charges $300 for headers and $350 for a stall and if you do it at the same time he gives a discount. BUT its another 150 for a tune.
