You only have one cam in that LS1 and two heads...

Look at Texas Speed/Futral/Thunderracing/EPS... sponsors>>>> for heads and cam packages.

Cam and springs would net some good power, give pat g a pm for a custom cam. I do installs and rick at synergy motorsports is an amazing tuner

I guess it depends on how much you want to spend. Cam install and tune will cost about $1200-1600 parts and labor. I am not sure how much heads parts and labor will cost. I assume you will be keeping the shorties. I wouldn't get a cam that is too aggressive. Ed Curtis can design a custom cam for you. If you get an off the shelf cam then something like a 220/220 .550/.550 would work. You could go a little more aggressive like a .224/.224 and still pass smog.

OP has to stay shorties since LTs are no-no in Cali..........
Click on Advanced Inductions link on the right and consider sending your
castings to them. They can also set you up with a small cam to pass smog
and bump up the power.

I would go with simple bolt ons first and work your way to a heads and cam swap
