Default Bearing going in rear end, would this be correct to order?

Hey all, new here and to the LS world. Just bought a '99 Z28 and it definitely sounds like a bearing in the rear end is going to kick the bucket. I kinda figured while that was getting done I'd also go with 3.73 gears. (Stock 2.73s aren't doing it for me.) I won't be doing this myself, but I figured I'd order the parts and have it done, so I'd definitely like to have everything I'd need.

Besides fluid, will I need anything else, parts wise?

Those two items are correct for your car.
Bearing noise could also be axle bearing, won't know until you tear into it.

Thank you sir, just what I needed. Axle bearings seem cheap enough, think it's worth it order them and have them thrown in, too?

Thumping is a pretty good way to describe it. Definitely seems like it increases when turning right.

So I'd be better off ordering this, which looks to include the axle bearings?

When axle bearing/s go,the axles' bearing surface typically goes too. There's two varieties of axles, for 3 channel ABS only and for 4 channel ABS & Traction Control.
