At the wheels man! Hey that's the only place that counts! I could get a 500hp build that my brother did but he has a rear main seal leak...... is it even worth it? How bad is a repair on that

And here I was thinking that I should ditch the glass trans and opt for a much stronger T56

Hey thanks for the link but I'm not so much a newbie to the scene just to this one in particular I have much more than straight hp planned that is a part but not the whole of a car I was in imports before this and we tend to shine in the handling department so that is my next step but it is one that I myself have covered and the powertrain.....let's just say that I bought one too many 4l60e rebuild kits

I've heard this all too many times. So tell me what is the plan then?
I hope you realize all the things that work on "import" cars are not work on fbodies(certain brands, spring rates, coilovers, wheel/tire sizes etc), so forget anything you learned from owning those cars because that's only going to get you a terrible setup here.
Also again everything you are asking is covered in the stickies, check out the gen3 internal and external section.

Take it from ultimate- go with 3600 at the minimum, and be sure to get a transmission cooler installed with it.

Everybody likes to go in their own order, but if you're realistically looking at 600rwhp, you may want to start from the back (rear end). There's a few G's to spend in supporting drivetrain/suspension mods that are going to be necessary to support that power (even if it's just 600 crank hp).

Thanks yeah I do know that these cars are totally different I just meant that I know to go fast there need to be a right combination of parts and setup with quality tuning to get the party going suspension wise since this will be a daily it needs to be firm but not over the top qa1 coilovers front and read same engine but a T56 trans carbon driveshaft stock rear end brembo brakes for my hp goals I'm thinking supercharged with a 100 shot of nitrous
