The BCM needs repair or replacement. Here is a thread on the matter:

Default Resolder BCM

As RPM stated this is covered in another thread. It's super common and an easy fix, IF you know how to solder. The BCM (Body Control Module) is under the passenger side glove compartment. Search YouTube for ( Camaro BCM 2002) this and you can find a video outlining the process. I recently did this on my 02' Z28 and was successful. It was easy for me as I have been soldering boards for years. If your not good at soldering then learn that first.

Good Luck,

Does this BCM cause the window to operate very weak?

No. Sounds like your problem is the window motor itself, or some issue with the regulator which is causing a lot of drag. But it most likely needs a new window motor.
