Are you using the stock bolts or the supplied bolts? its probably some debris in the threads...what you can do is get some canned air and carefully spray and get out any debris from the hole. ive done it on other applications and worked like a charm. good luck.

I'm helping Tiger on this, and I was wondering if nothing works, what can we do???
Could we force the bolts in?
We tried the supplied bolts on a stubborn thread and it seemed to strip out. Not Good.
There also was metal in the bolt threads.
One more question, what is the best way to get the last passenger side bolt in?

Sometimes a little anti-seize will help the threads from distorting and it'll go in smoother. Make sure the threads are clean, run a tap into the hole, and double check the bolts. Apply some anti-seize to the bolt and thread it by hand. Don't force it. If the threads can't be repaired, then you'll need to heli-coil them which will probably be a bear since the head is already on the car.

thats your problem...you have some metal on the threads which means you have debris in the hole...do NOT force the bolt in...because it will not tighten all the way and you are gonna have a big leak.
there is a trick to get the last passenger bolt in...simply loosen up the last bolt on the coil pack, and remove the other bolts and slide it outa the way...now get a 1.5 inch extension and a 10MM socket(for stock bolt), and you have to be VERY patient. Good Luck.
BTW, if you are installing Flowtech Headers...make sure to use to supplied bolts!

yes please telll me why to use the flowtech bolts because we havent been
They didnt want to work right for us.
dont wanna triple post so i will edit. down to the last bolt and im just too tired to mess w/ it. i did get the other bolts in when i blew the holes out and put some anit sieze on the FLOWTECH bolts and they went in. so now i have half flowtech and have stock bolts but if it works im good. I will probably try and change them all out to flowtech bolts so i dont have any leaks. I heard to use stock tho should have went w/ the supplied to begin with
