I believe the reason most continue to check with this thread is to see what has happened with Natronathon. His post was humorous and we are waiting for the big finale. You however posted this quote on page 17 and yet you too are here still lurking. As you asked others why they come back to this thread I must ask you the same.

Hey Natronathon what's the latest on your co-worker the Talon driver? Last thing on topic I remember reading he had a nasty curb accident and was limping home on the spare. Has he learned from the experience?

 

Does he still want to sell his car?

 

I thought that was the friend in the turbo talon... wasn't it?

 

I am pretty sure the turbo talon was just some guy that came. The coworker is the nonturbo and he was the one that hit the curb

 

IT FINALLY HAPPENED!!!

HE FINALLY RACED ME!!!!

I Followed him on his way away from work tonight (He had new tires put on the front to compensate for the one he blew, although his bumper is still a little fucked) and i didnt get to race him from a dig, but i came up next to him at 45 (My dead spot when floored cause it goes to 2nd, but hits at about 2000-2500 rpm so i dont really take off) and i tried to ask how it was driving and all of the sudden he floors it and SLOWLY start to pull on me (I had not yet given it any more gas) about a second later i gunned it and by the time i dropped a gear and had it up to 4000 in second I was already ahead of him. his nose was ahead of mine for maybe a second, but after i figured out we were racing, it was curtains for him. he let off after i had two semi-truck lengths on him (i was at about 80, he was at about 65). I think he was laughing though, so im sure he expected it.

I just wish i could have raced him from a dig and completely murdered his *** from start to end. Kinda funny though, i beat him when racin from 45 mph, which is my dead spot. from 60 he woulda never seen the front half of my car!

Maybe now he will have learned some respect!!

( I was talking to the new tech at Lee ( one of our schools ), the guy that replaced Linda. He is into
racing and we got to talking about cars. He has a turbo Integra (no NOS)running
11.3 at 135 (at Ennis). I was pretty impressed with that. His daily driver is a
Trans Am, he said he hadn't ran it yet to see what it could do. Must be nice to
