See, the thing is, if you made a list of stock cars we CAN'T beat with a good driver the lowest thing on it would basically be an 03/04 Cobra or a new Vette so far as I can tell. (not counting the hugely $$, never see them, reserved for the rich exotics like turbo porshe's 
)

Hmmm. Not so sure if Evo belongs on that list. Also, for the newbs, a lot of these will beat a stock LS1 if the driver of the LS1 is incompetent: i.e. TT RX-7, M3, etc.

Man, we're giving the stock LS1 motor a little too much credit here. 12.9x's-13.1x's is not average for stock LS1's...realize that. They can do it, but it is not what happens most often. Mid 13's is stock average. That being said:
LT4 Vette will take a stock LS1
an M3 should beat a stock LS1
TT Supra's should stay with stock LS1's

If you run 13.4-13.6 with a manual, its not because the car won't do it (unless its in less than optimal running condition).. its because your either a. 250lbs+, or b. slightly below average driver. My car consistantly went as fast as 13.2-13.3 in 90 degree heat when it was stock.

You killed a dozen LS1's with 250 RWHP? Maybe those were LT1's you raced (thought you were racing?)?
