Not sure about boosting HP, but here are some bolt-ons to free up some HP...
Headers
Intake manifold (depending on the year of your vehicle)
Pulley
Throttle Body (ported)
Free Mods (Such as EGR and Throttle Body Bypass if you are bored)....
You can also head to suspension and let the extra HP hit the street...
Lower control arms
Decent springs/shocks....
M6 or A4...?
You can benefit from a decent stall converter if you have an A4.

Great that's what I was thinking too! How much does it cost to get some installed (labor) <>? Can It be done by me?? Is it too hard? I installed headers on an honda once, is it similar or harder?

Yeah, headers for sure. Read up before purchasing. Some brands have given people problems, and some brands more problems than others. It's generally known that SLP's hang low, so if you're gonna lower your ride, be weary. They'll scrape over stuff.
You could get a manual open cutout for like 20-30 bucks. Cheap HP right there.
Tranny cooler won't help HP, but will insure your tranny lives longer.
