What are T/A's going for these days
I was wondering what are 98 T/A's going for these days Cuz im thinking about buying a T/A and was wondering what are some good prices. Im mainly looking at 98's (cheaper) under 90k but fully loaded w/ t-tops, monsoon, leather, etc... So what kind of prices should i see for a T/A like that?

Most T/A's are all optioned out(W/ everything that you are looking for). There are much fewer M6's than A4's in the lower years of production, though. (Compared to 02, for example) Sad fact=F-bods are not worth much. Low demand, low resale. So, the market is in your favor. Finding a clean, well maintained, fair mileage vehicle, at a fair price, should be your goal. Check out www.KBB.com , After you have figured out what they "recommend", chop a grand or two off of it, no joke. That is around what you should pay. Good luck. Black and red are the most common colors of T/A's btw.

No offense to anyone here. But I notice alot of people think you can get one pretty cheeep. It all depends on what the buyer and seller think its worth. I read on here some people ragging on someone for paying 7-8 grand for one, and saying they got ripped.. I payed 7500 for a 98, high miles, VERY clean, leather, Monsoon, power everything. I think I got a smokin deal.. I guess it all depends on the car, the buyer and the seller. And how bad the person wants it.

I got my 99 for 12.5k with only 65k miles on it. I've seen some 98's go for that price or higher with the same amount of mileage. It depends on where your located, if you want an m6 or auto, many different things can make the price increase or decline. Don't go for the car if you think it might be overpriced, eventually you'll find the one you want for the price you want.

i got my 98 m6 ws6 for 14k. had only 28k miles on it and it was in mint condition.
could i have gotten something for cheaper? yeah, but i would have had to accept higher mileage, blemishes, the not at all sexy vanilla hood, and a damn auto.

I'll never buy a car sight unseen. I don't care how many pictures there are of it, but I'd have to see it and drive it before I ever commited to buying it.
