Default Deal or not...

Found a 98 ss at a local dealer, 6 spd, leather, full options, 59k miles, they are asking $11,900...I fig they will move on the price, does this sound like a decent deal? I been looking at ls1's for a while and for the price and what most other dealers are asking int he area it doesnt seem to bad

Not a bad deal but you can always try to get them to come down a little. Good luck and nice choice.

look for slow power window motors (cheap do it yourself fix, but a VERY common problem basically no big deal) check for any bent frames, any signs of an accident, repaint, drive it, check for shift smoothness and clutch feel...just see if you like it...these cars hold up pretty well so..

Look at the tires... I hear that LS1 owners tend to burn them off.
