Which car to buy? '00 TA 71k miles Ram Air II hood auto, T-tops - with an R-Title, but has been that way since 2k miles $8500 which I assume could get much cheaper, thinkin I'd go $7000 max
or
'97 TA great condition T-tops auto, 65k miles $7k
or

the car was in an accident in the 1st month, lol. but I talked to the bank, they don't loan with a car that has an R-title, so looks like the '97 it is
