He just wrote me back and stated that he thinks that they are SLP and he doesn't have any pics.... 
Just noticed that he only takes money orders also. That feedback rating could be bogus also.

DO NOT BUY...i work for the largest seller on ebay....i know this kind of stuff...money order only = ASKING for trouble...because you cant get your money back if the "pulley" never shows up...also his feedback is "iffy"

Strange the person can give the exact specs of the ballancer but thinks it is a slp, he should know the brand since he advertised all the features. I'd skip it, at least from that person.
