Z28's are badass looking as are SS's, WS6's and regular T/A's...all fbody's look badass IMO. There are 3 black, 1 white, 1 red, 1 pewter, 1 maroon, 1 purple, and 1 silver T/A's in my town and 1 black and 1 red Camaro's.

I don't like cars that look like the bat mobile. I dont mind people that do but they're not for me. I picked a Z28 because with all the mods I was planning on doing a SS was a waste of money. I like the SS hood and dont like the SS spolier. So Im doing what I wanted to my car to make it what i like, Im adding the SS hood. All these cars are Z28s, some were made into SS, mine is a B4C. I like the rare part of having a B4C, Im enjoying modding my car into what I want.

first off you see just as many firebirds as you do camaros, and hondas and all ricers suck so you shouldnt compare american muscle to crap. i like my camaro b/c of its smooth lines and its awsome engine along with the horsepower.

I like TA's and formula's, but I wanted an Fbody, and I wanted the name "camaro" Its the arch rival of mustangs, and I just don't really like mustangs! Plus it was a great deal!

Ouch...
I like this question.
It gives F-body owners insight as to what other owners like about their cars, a different perspective than one's own. I'm finding many of the answers interesting, a variety of answers impossible UNLESS they drew on subjectivity.
I like the Firebird, personally, because of the more muscular body panels. I've always disliked the Camaro- Correction, not liked the camaro as much (), because of the plain arrowhead look. Especially on the LT1's, the Camaro just looks to me like a pointer by profile, big in the back, then progressively thinner as it gets to the front. The front gets especially tiny and sharp. While this is true to some degree for the LT1 Firebird as well, it's more apparent in the Camaro in my opinion. I think the 98 Camaro was an improvement in the hood and front fenders area, but still too plain for me. For example, the 98+ Firebird at least has big, fender bulges to give it some muscularity. The old muscle cars always had muscular front fenders and big, long hoods. To me, the Camaro, especially the LT1's, has an itty-bitty, SHARP, front end with a big, wide rear, a total deviation from the muscular, albeit low-stanced, look of the third-gen Camaro Z28, one of the nicest Camaro's, I think.
Mustangs have had their ugly years, but at least they have had their longer hoods. Newer Camaro's APPEAR to have bigger rears than their hoods, the LS1 Camaro looking nicer of the two fourth gen's. The Firebird APPEARS to have a larger, longer hood, especially the WS6's, thus it SEEMS more muscular to me. Of course, both Camaro's and Firebird's are beautiful to me.

I agree with JRP, the question is lame and subjective. I will say, despite the fact that I love both vehicles, I personally prefer the looks of the Camaro over the Trans Am. A lot of my friends feel the same way. Some don't, as my best friend drives a TA.
I would also like to say I see tons more Mustangs than I do Camaros, but that makes sense unfortunately.

Lame question, yet EVERY single post so far is happy enough to provide an answer as to what they like better, some humorous, of course, i.e. Batmobile vs. Catfish.
Yeah, in Miami, Mustangs are the rage. People drive a 6 cyl. Mustang Convertible around and it's the ****, everybody drools over it. I pull up to a gas station, freshly waxed and detailed, and nobody even knows what the name of my car is... honestly NOT an overstatement. This is not a good time for F-bodies where I live.
