Everyone keeps talking about M6 what is this a mod or differant motor please explain. THANK YOU

M6=manual 6 speed transmission
A4=automatic 4 speed transmission

u'll also see a4..thats for auto 4 speed

You're going to have ALOT of questions about these cars/motors and many if not most on this board will be happy to share their knowledge with you. Others will be dickless tools and tell you to search or search is your friend or some lame **** like that, these are the ones who have no sex life and ********** to GMHTP; ignore them and ask away on your questions as that's the one of the best ways to learn. Do not ever be afraid to ask any question even if it's been asked before; everyone has a starting line.

hahah these cars can be confusing....my first oil change was a project..im like " uhh this kinda looks like a oil drain plug" lol...i unbolted it and hoped for the best

Theres two thought on here alot, 1) your a idiot if you dont know something, 2) every answer has to be answered whats best for the track even if you have a street car. After that theres lots to learn!
