hey hows everyone doing im thinkin about getting a mti clear lid with the k and n air filter i am looking for an intake that i can get the most horsepower out of or also the voolant air intake i was looking at does anyone know which one will give more horsepower

try the external section... get the MTI lid, or TSP clear lid (TSP looks awsome), other intake mods are CAI, ported throttle body and LS6 intake, you should get the lid first and get the CAI at the same time, then port the TB, then get some headers (coated pacesetter- $400) then TSP true dual exhaust, then just enjoy that. keep reading around this forum, TONS of info, welcome to the site BTW

Clear lid here, I like it. Plus, people that have never seen one always say how cool it looks.
One old guy walked up to me while I was under the hood at Napa auto parts one afternoon, and told me new car engines look more like vacuum cleaners than motors(referring to the lid). I was prompt to crush his kneecap with a steel toed Doc Marten.
