When you say in your guide that a 12 bolt is bad for a M6, are you talking about if its a pure race car going for the 10s, or are you talking about for street/strip cars too? Would the 12bolt be bad if your just going say low 11s? Im not looking to make a low 10, high 9 second race car, just lookin to make a really nice street car that can walk Vipers and Ferraris ect.. and put down low 11s at the track on good tires. sorry if i sound newb on this one, just ive always heard nothing but good about the 12 bolt units for LS1s.

its not that a 12 bolt is a BAD thing , dont read that at all, a 12 bolt is much stronger then a 10 bolt, so any upgrade from that is a good thing...
if your plans are a quick street car that wont see slicks at the track, then a 12 bolt can live a long healthy life in your M6... but if your plans are 6000 rpm dumps on ET drags then the 12 bolt(without $ modification) wont last long at all...
but since the 9" and teh 12 bolt are both bolt up peices(at least from moser) and they both cost about the same(within 100 bucks) then there is really no reason to not get the stronger 9"

That's the problem with kids today, everything is handed to them on a silver platter...
My grandfather had to walk to school in the snow barefoot, uphill both ways, starving, while being attacked by lions and eagles and shot at by Al Capone and John Dillenger during the height of the depression --- he was a much better man for it.
I say make your kids child actors, and spend all their money on mods.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++
BTW, great treatise for n00bs like me, many thanks to J-Waki for takin' the time to spell things out so nicely.
I'm still not sure when to add the big wing and V-Tec stickers, but other than that...

I just meant how ACW presented it so nicely. Not actual spelling errors or anything. I thought that's what Z-Vert meant when he said "spelled out so nicely", well presented.
