Default stock rwhp and tq. 1998 z28 m6?

hi all. Just curios what a 98 z m6 puts down at the rear wheels? totally stock. Im sure youve heard this ? a hundred times but im new to the forum and any answers would be appreciated.

probably somewhere in the neighborhood of 290-310 RWHP...

Well if it's any help, I put down 312rwhp in my 98 A4 with only a lid, mac catback, and hpp3. This was on a portable dyno at a dragstrip.

i did 310 with a lid.and 320 with the cutout off.

300-310 on average. Some may dip under 300, but that is probably due to the dyno and not the car.

Nah. You guys are over shooting what the stock 98's did. Most were putting down right at 280 to the wheels when they were brand new. It didn't take much to get them over the 300 mark. A lid, and good cat-back would usually get them north of 300.

He is talking about the manuals and I would imagine on a dynojet. If 300 is overshooting, 280 is undershooting. And I think most is too liberal of a word in this case.
