Finally Found My New Ride!
I've been researching this site since last october. Alot of good info on here. No need to post because I always found an answer to my questions by doing a search. Enough leghumping.
I found a 1998 Trans Am, A4, 60500 miles, in my area last january. The guy wanted to dump it for what he owed to get out from under his payments. So, I picked it up for $6000. It has a few cosmetic issues but the drivetrain is strong. The car was totally stock when I bought it. I did all the free mods and put on the SLP lid because a friend had one he pulled off his car. Put C5 rims on, 17's front 18's rear and brand new pirrelli tires. Changed plugs and wires(MSD 8.5's). Next will be headers/exhaust, stall then cam and eventually (probably sooner than later) a moser 12 bolt. Rearend is howling a little bit.
Anyways, heres a pick of it when its wet...to hide the scratches. LOL!
I will be posting on here more now that I have some real questions to ask.
