The Cobra is real nice but If It were me and since your willing to make payments too I'd personally would keep the 01 you have now,pay it off and throw a newer,bigger,bader forged LSX whatever in it and spray the **** out of it. 
The WS6 would then have a tons of power and still be way lighter than the 24K dollar cobra too.

Me, I'd personally go for the Cobra. I like the fbodies a lot, but I like the Cobra that much more.
It's just way too easy to get massive power out of those engines to say "it's just a Ford". At least that's how I look at it.

those cobras are sick and pretty hard to keep up with, and with the pulley that cars prob already making over 500HP, i think that is the 1 car that ford did well on o and also the GT (just way to much $$$)

That looks like a good deal for the cobra but why would you want to buy a car someone else has modded 
That takes the fun out of it. I think you should just keep your current ws6 and put the kit on it.

Ok heres a good question....
How would my T/A fair vs that cobra if i put all the stuff i plan to on?
the main reason i ask is because it seems all the videos online i see these cobras stomping about EVERYTHING on the road, and only seen 1 sts T/A beat one that was almost stock.

Turbo LSX > cobras. Honestly turbos are superior and the LS motor is superior to the cobra motor its just the cobra comes factory with forged internals and a supercharger. But its still a 4.6 right? Forged LSX's turbo'd with 15 lbs of boost push near 1000 horse. Its no comparison really, just a preference thing.

They're both great motors, and I'd say about equal.
