LOW OIL!!!!!! CHECK YOUR DIP STICK ASAP!!!! You should fill it to the middle of the <---- line imho. That is about 6 qts with a standard filter (it shows about 1/2 qt over full, or the tip of the arrow on top). If you are uncomfy with that, just fill it all the way to the tip of the arrow and then when you change oil again put 6 qts in instead of 5.5 (if you do a lot of hard cornering).
Awww ****, thats complicated...time for an illustration. Hold on...

The middle of the cross hash is only 5 qts and that is LOW LS1's have a front mount pickup tube and DO NOT LIKE!!!! low oil. You should have 6qts or so in that thing and NOT be in the hash area.
^there is a rough guide to how things should look.

i just checked my oil level it is at the top of the crosshatch but it was sitting all night but when i run it it's in the middle. So i should add oil to the top of crosshatch when it is hot?

go ahead and add about 1/2 qt and see if that solves your problem. Next oil change put 6 qts in it and remember where that level is and maintain.
*that is still not low enough to cause the problem you are having, could something be stopped up pulling oil into the heads while driving? Check your PCV valve too maybe.

hard stopping, hard cornering makes oil splash around or go to one side of the oil pan, it goes away from the sensor, and you get a low pressure reading. can happen in all cars, just like they say, run enough oil. if you put too much in... it'll just burn, no biggie IMO

Ummm...no. There is no oil pressure in your oilpan unless you have STOOPID blowby. The oil pressure is not IN your oil pan either.
I am interested to know, did this solve your issue man? or is pressure still being funky?
