check your clutch fluid level first if its low that is the problem however if it isnt it could be the master or slave cyl going bad. is the clutch slipping at all?

not everyone can afford to do something like that in one shot. as to why you would try to diagnose the problem first rather than trying to blindly fix things. i assuming you meant to replace everything by your statement

Check out the Manual Trans section. I believe there are a bunch of threads on this. It happens mainly after high RPM's/High heat right? Corect me if I'm wrong here guys but does he need to do the drill mod?

Now it is sticking and it is hard to get into gear. Might be time for a new setup.

The clutch pedal sticking doesnt mean theres something wrong with the clutch. It doesnt nessesarily mean there is anything wrong with the hydrolics.

First thing I would do is flush the brake fluid in the resovoir. There might be some air in the lines. See if you can work it out, and if there are any improvements.

If that doesnt work, then I would start looking at the hydrolics. Since your car is a 2000, I would start with the slave cylinder. Its a pain to change but its cheaper than the master.

Start with basic troubleshooting, could be something simple. I wouldnt go out and buy a new setup until I had to.
