Depends on A4 or M6, miles, year, etc. A lot of different variables. Check on ebay and our sponsors.

the a4 is the automatic overdrive(4l60e) and the m6 is the 6 sp manual gearbox(t-56)Most guys like to slam the gears of the manual and others like to stall their auto for consistent drag launches. Its all up to you.expect to pay at least 2500 or more.

yea, I would check salvage yards or wrecked whole cars, It would probally be easier if you had a whole car to work with, I mean when you do swaps its the little things that can add up after a while

what year 240? I had a 91 and thought about getting the conversion kit to put a 400 small block in it but i ended up decideing that american muscle just doent belong in a ricer
ricer on steroids at the end of the day is still a ricer
I found it easier and overall better just to buy an F body instead of trying to swap abunch of ****
just buy yourself a camaro or t/a you'll forget you ever owned a 240
hell i'd even venture to say that my Z handles better then my 240 did
