Default typical prices for header install?

looking to get mac mids and a ory installed soon, I have some issues which prevent me from doing it myself. I was wondering how much would this cost at a shop? or at a shade tree mechanic on the side?

I paid $275.00 to get mine installed. Since then prices have gone up a little bit. I would expect anywhere between $250-400 at any reputable speed shop.

most shops charge about 4 to 5 hours of labor. Its better to do it urself, theres lots of write-ups on it. unless u can afford it.

Pizza for yourself and a friend whos helping you with the install 20 bucks

6 pack of Corona w/ lime to drink with your friend 10 bucks

30 pack of beer when it gets too hard for yourself 20 bucks

Never going to bed with a ugly chick, but waking up to one...PRICELESS!

If you have the parts, do it yourself...you will learn a lot about your car.

Easy there fight club. haha, but yeah I second the "do it yourself" idea. Save money, learn something, and makes you want to mod more (although some might say that's a bad thing )

Pacesetter coated LT's $375
Pacesetter ORY $125
New spark plugs and wires $100

Not having to bust up my knuckles, invent new curse words for the one bolt that strips and or not having to sleep on the couch because I took out my frustrations on my wife...PRICELESS!

Ok maybe it wasn't priceless. It was $250 @ New Era Performance that I consider money very well spent
