Stall necessary with supercharger
Hi, i'm thinking of supercharging the z-28 with a procharger. If i supercharge it will the stall still be necessary??????? Anyone running a procharger with a stall or just running a procharger without one?

honestly, if you want to go fast, a stall is the FIRST mod any auto car should do. And yes with a cintrifugal supercharger like procharger, you WANT a stall to get you into your boost faster. Would you rather hit it off the line and have 3psi or 6psi of boost. Don't take those numbers literally, but that's the idea. higher boost immediately with a stall

and when you buy a stall, go with Yank or Precision Industries. You will NOT be dissapointed, I promise. 3200-3600 would be nice for a street/strip car, won't loose much drivability at all...

I did my Procharger 1st. Then I had to go back and do gears and converter. Without the aftermarket stall things just did not feel quick enough. I did not have that violent push into the seats. I do now. I am also selling my P1SC if you are interested. Info on sig.

Also while you are at it..You might want to keep saving and buy a 12 bolt/9 inch..and a built transmission..Because honestly..neither the rear end or the stock transmission is gonna like that Procharger...
