stock gears were 2.73s. i know i am not going to get like 400hp or something crazy like that, but i was expecting around 345-350ish. The next mods i will be investing in are a couple drag radials in the back and a cam. I will have to look up whether it is an A4 or M6 though, because I honestly don't know. But thanks to all who provided USEFUL information to me. I appreciate it.

But seriously, your power is about right...don't be discouraged. It's not like you have a ton of mods on the car, and do some SERIOUS research before you go throw a cam on there, which PS will need to be tuned for again......

Dyno's will vary. Dyno numbers are not standardized. They are not divine law. A dyno tune is merely to set the correct A/F ratio and spark advance. You should be more concerned with putting up a number instead of putting down a number.

Your power numbers are right where they should be for an A4. Nothing wrong with those numbers at all. So no need for you to worry.

Power looks great for a geared bolt-on A4. Auto's are not dyno queens so take that into consideration, however you will not be dissapointed on the street/track. Next mods should be a torque stall converter (I say 3500 RPM stall), B&M tranny cooler, good tires, and some suspension mods such as lower control arms, panhard rod, weld-in subframes. Plus, have your stock throttle body ported and pick up a 25% pulley. Dont jump into buying a cam without the supporting mods. Good luck with the car and stay safe!

Yeah, one of my friends told me i should get a stall, but he said go all out with a 4000, lol. Now I'm no expert, but I think that is a little excessive, especially for a street car...Of course, right now since i got all the mods i have now within like a month's timeframe, i think i am gonna wait a while before the better half kills me for bleeding us dry for car parts, lol! Of course, I still want to get a couple more pulls from the guys my wife bought the tune from. Before i left they said 3 pulls for 450...they charged my wife nearly 500 for 2. Kinda shady...

On a side note, DTP Racing is having another "Dyno Day" tomorrow in Chesapeake VA. 3 pulls on the dyno w/air fuel monitoring and a printout for $50. It's a decent time, and the guys there are really cool. Plan on heading there once I get my T/A back together. http://www.DTPRACING.com

Sorry to hijack the threat but I didn't want to make a new one just ofr this. Does anybody know a stock LS1 usually puts out on the dyno. I'm curious cuz I'm gunna get a lid soon and already have a cat-back and don't want to spend the money on a dyno run just for that.
