Default What to buy?

i want to buy a '00-'02 LS1 (Z28). i've pretty much decided on an M6, but wouldn't pass up an A4 if the price was right. anything in particular i should look for or be aware of? do they all have limited slip differentials? do the t-tops leak? and the most important question, what color?

1) T-tops rarely leak.

2) All have limited slip.

3) Blue! No Red! (from The Holy Grail)

The '01-'02 came stock with the ls6 intake, where as the '00 did not.

if you like to spend time cleaning your car - BLACK is the way to go. if you don't really have a lot of time for that, maybe pewter- the dust doesn't show so much.

If you're going racing a lot, an automatic is a must. You cannot beat one in the consistency column. I have had no T-top leaking issues and I'm in the rain alot. Don't worry there. I have had two black Camaros and now have a pewter one. Nothing looks as good as a freshly cleaned and detailed black car but it is really tough to keep it showroom. If you have the time to do it, your friends will start telling you to get a life!

basicly you have 2 options for colors to pick from. A solid color, or a metalic color. If you cant clean it a lot or you think youll get a lot of scratches on it, the metalics are your friends. If you have plenty of time and the car wont be your daily driver then a solid color car will do you fine.
