The year was 1984 and my friends neighbor was selling a 1967 Camaro. Even though it was missing the powertrain I bought it for 500 bucks. A year later it had a 396,dual plane intake and a coat of hugger orange. In 1986 it was sold to a junkyard for 1000 bucks after I rolled it 7 times.

SIGH. It was a 1985 blue camaro 2.8 mpi with a tan cloth guts. First thing i did was get a Dynomax superturbo muffler/catback crapola and throw some iroc wheels on there. Whoa, 16" wheels...........Whoa!!! I used to pull the hatch off in the summer and let peeps ride around back there.... was a beater from hell. Shortly thereafter I got an '85 IROC which I promptly blew the motor and dropped and lt1 into. License plate was FRD ETR... ford eater.... God I dont even have a picture of that car. BTW same blue same guts

My first Fbody is actually my 4th vehicle...
1987 S10 Blazer (biggest piece of cr@p I ever owned)- had for 2 years
1994 4x4 Ford Ranger (my other purple beast) - had for 3.5 years
2002 Nissan Sentra (BOOORRRIIIINNNNGG) - had for 5.5 years
1998 Z28 Camaro - my current daily driver

First car was actually a truck. 94 reg cab short bed S10. White with grey interior, base model as you could get it. 2.2, 5 speed. I beat the **** out of it for three years like that and then small blocked it and beat the **** out of it some more. Traded it for my first F-Body. 94 Z28, M6, Hotcam, Edelbrock TES, SLP 20TL, Vortech elbow, SLP CAI, stock tune, Great car. Sold that to buy an LS1 car but couldnt find one fast enough so I ended up getting another LT1 car. 94 Formula with Trans Am bumpers and side skirts and hatch. Bone stock except for K&N CAI, cat delete, and 98 interior and taillights, 103xxx on the clock and ran strong. Put 2800 stall in it when I rebuilt the tranny and sold it for 1000 more than I bought it for. Then bought my first LS1 f body. 98 Z28 M6, t tops, loaded, bone stock with 81000 miles for believe it or not $3000.00 Been driving the wheels off of it ever since. Few mods, long tubes, ORY, Lid, Tune, Z06 clutch, ZR1s, SS wing and next month its getting heads and cam. Thats my story

Drove a 96 beretta z26 that my dad bought. I ebrake drifted the **** out of that car. FWD in snow dumdumdum. Nothing is more fun that a v6 with a cherry bomb, pitched sideways at 60mph through an open snow covered parking lot.
Onto the fbod.
Not my first car, but first car that I bought with my own money.
So, I consider it my first car.
I bought my 94 firebird lt1/m6 for $2000 off a member on here. First time ever driving a standard was driving her 330 miles home. :-)

well its the first car that i paid for the entire thing and it pulls a tire when it leaves. also the only car i have ever had that pulled a tire. camaro 1.7

1989 Camaro IROC-Z. Fully loaded, that thing was my baby. Bought it when I was 18 for $1400. Did an LS1 swap in it, which isn't finished yet. Gettin rid of it soon.
When I was 23, I bought my 1998 Camaro Z28 for $7800, fully loaded too. Has a ton of mods and is the first manual car I've ever owned. Love it. I'm 24 now.

ok well i voted yes but hers my story when i was 15 i work and bought a jeep with the help of my parents a mounth before i turned 16 i sold the jeep and bought a 91 rs camaro slow as **** so i sold it and bought a 2001 v6 and loved probely my fovorte car i ever owned so far i drove it for a while and i sold and bought my Z28 2002 35th blah blah and i love it but there was something about the v6 i missed and i dont know what its weird cause my z28 has everything i can have on it but thats my story thanks/ lol domn long stroy sry

By the way, not that this thread is really important, but what's with all the kids confusing "first car" with "first F-body"? -- "I had some other crap before my F-body, but my F-body was my first F-body, so I voted yes."
