nope. at the flywheel.

back to subject, why would you want to buy those parts? just curous, cause you could get better performing heads/cam combo for the same price or less.

Yeah basically the LS6 is a bumped up LS1 Vette motor. If you were smart go with the Fast LS Intake and a decent cam to suit your goals. N/A or FI, etc.

you might have some freak car. but a z06, which is making more than your 353/361 AND is almost 500 lbs lighter is not going to loose to yours. driver, maybe. but the numbers dont add up. everyone knows what it takes for a fbody with a good driver to hang with a z with a good driver. been questioned to many times.

Agreed

I've see Z's turn out as high as 360+ stock. They claim it's rated at 425 crank, again underrated.

The only thing a stock Z has over me for sure is weight, and a FEW ponies. Ive seen a few dyno here in the springs/denver @ 360-370rwhp and some even lower. Could it be a driver mod? Every race has the driver mod, EVERY race. Most Z's at this elevation run 13.2-13.5's. I ran a 13.7 (that was when I was in the 330whp range as well) with a shitty 60' on a shitty track. So on the street with a better 60' its a pretty damn good race.

As for weight, Im not at stock weight. And how the hell does a 3115lb (without driver) car weigh 500lbs less than a 3400lb car?

Im sure now with the 17rwhp/16rwtq and the better tires I have I could squeeze a 13.3 out of it with out problems. Im not taking anything away from any Z, Im just saying if your going to try and copy one, make it worth it. Do a larger cam, better heads and as for the intake the LS6 is just fine but the FAST will out perform it.

Ignorance would leave you to believe that... And I can bet that in all actuality he has not.
