Not the popular choice, but if I did it all again I'd start with the things that get the power to the ground: suspension and a stronger rear-end. Then go bat-**** insane with power mods.

But probably not as fun as the instant gratification that comes with a more aggressive sounding car that goes faster =P

If you want to enjoy daily driving more, toss some headers, exhaust and a lid on it and have fun. You'll need around $1200 give or take though to do that if you account for labor costs.

If you can do the work yourself, I would go with LT's, Lid, ORY and a cutout. The LT's really woke up my LS1. Should be able to get all that for about 700, If you have any extra cash, a Catback would be nice, but a cutout will make up for the lack of exhaust if you can't afford it... and the best part is they are only like 40 bucks... Cheap exhaust

suspension: lower control arms, torque arm and brackets. stick the power to the ground first.

Lt headers and lid with the hp tuner....should see a decent gain. Is your car a A4 or M6?
