Steering wheel shake? Rotor related?

Happens to me on a certain stretch of highway every time I go home to visit family when I have the summer 275's up front / 315's in back. Car swerves side to side at will. Doesn't happen with the stock rims/tires on in the winter months.

I used to work at a large tire store. If it shakes between 50-60 mph, it is usually a tire out of balance, out of round, or worn abnormally. If it also does it while on the brakes, then you probably also have warped rotors. You may have installed bad tires, and when you installed them you could have warped the rotors by overtightening the lugs. I dont know if you used a torque wrench or not, but it does happen. I would recommend new front tires balanced on a road force machine, and having the rotors cut if they are above the minimum thickness. If it is available in your area, get the rotors cut on the car, it will give you a truer cut. It will cut out any runout in the hub that might be there.
