Default A little help please....with PICS

I know this is NOOB but i was in a hurry when i was takin this off yesterday..
Just got the new alternator on and cant figure out how this pulley goes on..Seems like any way i put it on it doesnt wanna spin freely. Help would be greatly appreciated, cause i wanna go for a drive!!!
Here is where the pulley bolts up..

The pulley and 2 washers...

Now are the washers suppost to go all on side?? or one on each side or what

A pic or drawing would help a lot lol

Thanks guys.

The top pic---pick the pulley up and put it on top of the silver washer, pick up the other washer and set it on top. Thats the order it goes. Put the silver washer on the engine first, then the pulley, then the bolt and black washer.

Of course. The washer with the smaller hole looks like it's screwed up. It should be flat around the hole. Loosen it up until it hardly turns and turn it a bunch of times. Then take it off and see where the rub marks are.
Any pics of it installed.
Your washers are different than whats on my car.
And remember the dirty sides almost always face outward.

I tried making some marks on the washers by turning it but its pretty scratched up already. If i tighten it real tight it wont move at all...seems like even if its not that tight, if i spin the pulley itself it will get tighter.

Here is how i put it on tho, step by step
1st

2nd

3rd

Is this correct?

Lol nope it isnt rubbing.
Im guessing that one of the washers are off wack and they're getting hung up on the pulley... because the washers ARE spinning with the pulley. They are supposed to NOT be moving correct????? They are supposed to stay still and spin on the bearing am i right???

Correct the washers don't move. So you tighten the bolt and the pulley doesn't turn at all?
When you put a finger tight in the bearing hole you can turn the pulley and the inner race of the bearing stays still right?

I just took it for a drive. The washers were getting hung up on the pulley and just causing it to become tighter and tighter as the pulley was spun. Took a hammer, pounded out the washers a bit so they would lay flat on the bearing. Then what do you know! Abracadabra Worked perfect

Thanks for all your help tho
