look ion know if any of yall familiar with KOTS(king of the streets) but from my experience they have a nice set of rules...

A Chase is a race! If you cross lanes first/last you lose! Now if you want to keep racers honest, let the tresury, flagman and reputable race head, flip a coin while drivers are at the waterbox "street style" so the drivers don't know the decision, to determinethe final rule.. make sure that there's mutual team members at the coin to keep it simple. Drivers won't know the rule so they will only be "as good as they are a driver" at the wheel!
I see it like this, if I'm 10 cars out on you and I cross the center line, you gonna pay up. You didn't have to lift if I'm that far out on you so crossing the line don't matter. If I cross and I'm 1 1/2-2 cars out and everybody can clearly see you had to lift then that's up to the racers whether they want to give up the money and call it a loss, or they each take their money back and call it a draw. BUT!!! all that would have to be agreed upon before the race not after!! So there won't be no confusion.

Well, how did you know it was two 5 quart jugs? It could of been 3 or 4 of them.
Plus how did you recognize it was horse poo? It could of been cow poo or goat poo.
You must of saw them with that good description.
