well, I am just getting opinions since I read so much conflicting stuff. Its hard for me to ignore madman when he has the quickest t/a f-body know what I mean? I think I will try it both ways and see what kind of results I get maybe I can get a -2 or so measuring both ways. I guess I will know more when I get under there and actually see what I am working with

It's not hard to do. If you need to borrow an angle finder let me know. Just make sure the car is as level as you can get it or it'll be off. I had to do mine on the ground this last go round and that sucked. I'm gonna put it on a 4 post here in the next few days to double check my last adjustment.

does anyone know how to get the weather seal off of the door? i looked in the paint section and didnt find anything. Im not sure if they snap off like all the other one or if i have to open the little metal tabs inside the door, i would think they just snap off but i dont want to break them.

If your wanting them off for paint dont. Go to a automotive paint supply store, they have some tape with a stiff edge you slip under the weatherstrip and tape it up so you can paint under it. They suck to get off and back on.

I use the MADMAN method, I put the front wheels on ramps and jack the rearend up. I put the angle finder on the rocker panel and jack up the back until it is level. The reason for the ramps is so the suspension is loaded, if it's not you are wasting your time. Then I adjust it until I have between -2 and -3 degrees. I put the angle finder on the bottom of the tq arm bracket that bolts to the rear end. You can do this without the driveshaft in the car.

I got them on tonight. I am so impatient. They stick out pretty far. The offset on this wheel is a little wrong, i think an inch. They are about 1/4 from rubbing the back of the wheel well, and several inches from the front. Good thing I ordered some adj lca's. They have a pretty good gap to the top of the well, how will I know if I have to roll them?

Wanna help me do mine? I got the window felt seals off pretty easily, put a flat head under it at the jam and shoved it torward the inside of the car and it unsnapped one at a time, then i just pulled then straight up and ta da there off. This is the first car i have ever attempted to paint with something other than spray paint and i thinks its gunna come out pretty nicely but its going to take awhile.
