Still undecided on it. Kinda broke at the moment with all this paint stuff going on. I would love to go but still not sure if im gunna be able to.

 

thought i would post this video...its from the last time we went to the track, dunno if josh remembers running this one. hilton was filming and originally thought it was cody i was racing bc me and him had been lining up against each other all night. anyway this was one of my fantastic 13 second passes on street tires cutting an over 2 second 60 foot. josh beats up on me pretty good.

 

Vid wouldnt work for me. Any of you guys run bolt on sfc's? What kind of bolts do I need? I opted to not the bolt kit that was offered. I just want to get them in on my day off and get them welded when I can. They come with some sort of large self tapping screw? Or some bolt that goes through the floor?

 

The vid worked for me. Hilton's funny when he realized something wasn't right with "Cody's" run. I would just mock them up where they are supposed to go, knock some paint off where you want it welded, tack it, and weld them puppies up.

 

I cant tack it. I am thinking they come with some sort of threaded plate to go on the other side for the bolt to go through

 

Which is probably with the bolt kit that you didn't order. Is there a certain spot that won't allow you to get a welder in there to tack them up then weld them? By the way the look you should be able to weld them up without a problem.

 

No, no certain spots or anything like that. I dont have a welder, and if I did, I cant weld. Steve is gonna be busy so I figured on my day off I could go ahead and clean the areas, bolt them in, and he could just do it at a later date. Just trying to get stuff in before I go to the track, and save steve some time when and if he does it. It would be nice to do them the same time that I put the lca's in

 

Alot of the muffler shops around will do any welding for you. I know Lites will.

seriously its hard to get a free spot for me during the week to be able to do it for chris, i stay so ******* busy with school and clinical rotation that i hardly have time to do anything....on a good note i did get to give my first shot last week. enemas are next

 

Ah, dont worry bout it man. We all stay busy with stuff and sometimes its hard to line everything up when we are all free. You did offer, thats cool in and of itself. I am just a impatient when it comes to modding my car. When I have it, I want it on. Like a kid I guess, I had it all sprawled out in the living room last nite like it was mounted on the car
