Damn it feels good to see some smacktalk! Mine is a street car again so you guys can whoop up on me now. I don't know about that Josh, my dads car can run as good as mine in the 1/8th, but after that it is game over for him

We'll know soon enough. I know that first pass at pine valley(even though it didn't count) the end of third and 4th all the way through the traps felt freaking awesome. The signs streaked by instead of walking by like before. I know 3rd and 4th gears are the heartbreakers in these cars. I've run too many down with those two gears entering and exiting the 1/8th now that I think about it. I see what your saying now.

I thought that might be a problem. Is it because of the width of the hood, or just the angle at which the hood lines up, or both?
and since it's fiberglass, there's no bending to fit either.

What does everyone think about meeting up at the Le Bossier on Industrial? It's on the way for most of us, big enough for our trailers, and theres gas stations and fast food joints all through there. Say about 10am and leave out at 10:30? It's about a 1:45hr drive up there.

Well all of my base coat has been sprayed, now i just wait for the damn wind to slack off and spray the clear. For my first paint job im really happy with it and dont think i could have done any better on it. I did have one problem and that was water in the bottom of my tank when i sprayed the hood and the base started cracking. Im not worried about it because im looking for a SS hood to put on it.
