SLP **** doesn't mean anything if the car didn't originally come with it though and not many came with SLP packages. Most had shifters and exhaust and not much more.

LOL but SLP sounds better. jfwy I just want everything the same really. Say i went with kooks hedders, slp y pipe, and flowmaster from there on out. Thats like wearing a nike on one foot and a k-swiss on the other. Why not be able to say everything is SLP on the car instead of saying 40 different brands of parts that are on it?
. Damn, my car has 42 different brands of stuff on it. 3 in the exhaust alone

I know what ya mean but who dont want all the same parts on there car? If it performs well and makes good bolt on power isnt that what counts? But as far as SLP not meaning nothing, in my eyes i guess you can say it does. GM had a contract with them and no other performance parts group. If GM can trust them for good quality power proven parts i can too.

SLP has good stuff but trust me when I tell you, GM didn't use them because they were better. I have worked for GM for 15yrs and I know why they use the suppliers that they use and it isn't because they have the best stuff.

hay my camaro came with the slp package i like the product but mainly i use only slp on the car for resale value !!!! the massair wasnt a total waste of of money it made like 9hp but either way aslong as the parts u put in your car put out results thats all that matters in the end .... oh by the way the gears that are going in the my car tomorrow are S.L.P LOL
