Gave Dorothy a bath and put her in the garage.
Battery was so low it wouldn't even turn over. Used the jump box. Now have her on a trickle charger. Tomorrow, or maybe even tonight after the church thing, I'll put the rear tires on and check the front right bleeder.
I'll bleed the whole system again, since I'll have the rear wheels off anyway.
While I was washing her we had a heart to heart. Our relationship has to improve.

 

Yeah like maybe taking her out and showing her a good time would be nice. You can't just throw money at the ole girl and expect her to be happy

Had a good time today. I should of opened up my windows so they could of judged the inside of the car. I ran into one of the guys tonight and he said i got zero points because i had my windows up. Lol i didnt go to. Place and i didnt even vac lol.

I miss getting to go to car shows. I miss racing!! I miss alot of **** lol. I know once I get this damn truck back right the Mistress is goin under the knife for several things. I've been getting bored with the car, but I really think it's because it's been my main vehicle(thx to a divorce) for the past year and a half when it was just a weekend cruiser/racer. Bout another week on the truck hopefully and then I'm gonna be redoing alot of stuff on the car like maintenance, appearance, cleaning, and hopefully some go fast stuff since a certain red SS is after me to redeem his loss

Of course this girl I've been dating for awhile now doesn't give 2 ***** about this stuff, but I've made it clear that this is a hobby/passion of mine and always will be. As long as she doesn't get in the way or bitch about it then she can stay lol.

And I'm not looking for sympathy guys, just venting before I . Don't really have anyone to vent to these days that understand if you know what I mean? Anyways.........carry on

Hey guys sorry I was away for the weekend me and the woman went and stayed over in Jefferson, Tx. That was a blast and they had a classic car show, but I didnt get any pics. I drove the 67 though and it ran like a champ!

Goat.....I know of a place around Nachidoches. Dont know the name, but I know where it is. CAINSW may remember the name. It's alot closer than dallas for me. I remember him showing it to me on our way to Pine Valley Raceway that day.

The RR window on the MB needed a new regulator. Easy as pie, right?
Pull out the old one, throw in a new one. Once the door is apart, four rivets, two screws.
Look how simple!

I haven't been really successful working on cars lately. If I were you I'd keep me away from your car.
