Stumped
Ok so I took my coil packs off the other day to paint them cause they were looking kinda crappy. Well I pulled the wiring out and coils and set them aside so just like they came off so they wouldn't get crossed up. Did that once before and learned from the mistake. Put all new NGK's and MSD wires on, plugged in the harnesses and go to fire it up and the car wont start. Went back and double checked everything and it fired up but was missing it's *** off.
Next, I pulled all plugs and the drivers side was clean like they never fired and the passenger side was black and sooty which led me to believe the ECM compensated some how and dumped tons of fuel into that bank. Thinking I somehow criss crossed the coil wiring, I flipped both sides and the car started popping terribly so I new that the way I had it was right, but something went wrong some where.
Any ideas? This shouldn't have happened since it's basically a plug swap that I've done several times over the past 5yrs I've owned the car and countless other vehicles. Kinda frustrated at the moment and wanted get some outside feedback.
Has anyone ever experienced just a bad harness? The whole driver's side bank is dead. That's really odd.

Josh is it throwing codes? Are the plugs gaped right? Are you sure everything is plugged in, did you disconnect the battery before you unplugged the coils? Try and disconnect the battery for a lil wile (15-30mins) and see if that helps

They will be great, but you daily drive your car and drag radials + rain = bad. Plus the MT's only last about 5k miles, Nittos would do well also and last 20k mi. Im gonna put some hoosiers on the 15's and NT05R on my 18's

What kind of wheels? I agree on the nittos for an everyday dr. They will give you more mileage for your money. If your running a 9" wheel you can get away with a 315 nitto in a 17". They run a little thinner than all the other 315's.
