I'm in! Lets see, I haven't dynoed since adding a FAST intake, tuning, ported tb, losing the PS, AC and X pipe and Th350. It put down 371rwhp and 389rwtq before all that stuff was done and it would only run 11.7x's back then. Maybe I might get lucky and hit 400?

I'm curious as to what kind of power im making now. Do you all think we can get 10 people up for this?
I'm supposed to call the owner back in mid January to see what can be done on setting this up.
Who all is in besides me?

On it's first and only trip to the track, the Volvo ran a best of 14.4 at 96mph. That was with a speaker box in the trunk and a 200 lb passenger. The giant yellow duck strapped in the car seat was just for intimidation factor.
I'll bet it puts down close to, if not over 200 wheel hp.
I need to get off my *** and start installing parts.

Yeah! Once they give the ok that the dyno is ready we could set a date and caravan over, something different other than going to a restraunt and hanging out like we have done the past few meetups we have had.

It'll probably be a little slower this build. It'll be .1 liter smaller and have slightly lower compression. The upside is that maybe it'll hold together.
I never weighed it.
I pulled the alternator, power steering pump, and some other stuff. Can't find the damned pickle fork needed to separate a ball joint so I can pull the axle.
It's going slow.

If it were that simple, I'd be done by now. The best part is that I just got home from Harbor Freight, and I forgot to buy one.
I did buy a nice set of impact sockets as a Christmas present for my 12 year old nephew, and a 10 gallon portable air tank that Santa is going to bring me.
