I just bought a nos kit and i need to know the jetting sizes for spraying 75,100,125,and 150. It is a dr kit and i need to know the size of the fuel jet and the nitrous jet for each one please. Or if anyone has access to a chart with all of these listed on it i would very much appreciate it if you would post a copy of it on here or send me an email to white_bird_una@yahoo.com.

.028 = 75HP
.030 = 85HP
.032 = 100HP
I have heard of others using larger jets for a bigger shot. I use a single fogger with at\about a 60HP shot.

100hp is one #34 and one #32. Not dual 32's like has been reported on many different threads. This is part of the reason some say NOS 5177 doesn't hit as hard as other 100hp kits. Do the math and all can see. Oh yea, 150hp is dual #43's.

The difference in dual .032s or one .032 and one .034 isn't worth talking about. .002 is so tiny. You could easily change the power output more than this with slight changes in mixture, timing advance, or bottle pressure.
Point being, no one can say that a certain size jet is absolutely a certain amount of power. It's going to vary.
There is a jetting chart in my nitrous tech files linked to in my sig. It's a guideline only. Your results may vary.

Ok, you made me bust out my handy dandy flow calculator and it tells me that if we really want to get picky about it, dual 0.03323402s will equal one .047. No, seriously, I didn't make that up.
