outa the Hole,...a4 3800 stall, Do you guys load the converter or do just flash it?, floor it..............outa the hole?......my car hesitates, for about 30ft than the spray kicks in........my 60ft has been 2.1.....it should be 1.6

I brake stall up to around 1800rpms then floor it when the lights drop.

 

Have a few questions:

Do you have a purge?
Length of lines from solenoid to nozzle/plate
Window switch activation points.

I launch from just above idle (1100 rpm or so)...flashes to 5000 on the 200 hit.

 

thx for reply, no purge, its the tnt f1, lines about 3inches, activation pts, 3200 and 6000.......
i purge @ burn out...

 

sounds like the fuel is beating the nitrous to the motor... do you have a way of watching A/F ratio when you launch?

Try manually purging the nitrous at the solenoid before your next run....this can be done by opening the bottle then loosening the fitting at the solenoid until you get a good cloud from the leaking fitting. Tighten it back up and you are good to go.

 

i stall my 3k stall up to 2000 and rpm switch is set for 2200 hits almost instantly 1.61 60's on a 100 shot

 

wow maybe i'll try that....gotta see if i have pill @ 22oo....thur nite is 1/8 Irwindale drag nite...............i'll let you guys know if it hits right away..

^^^^^^^^ well i just found out I DON'T HAVE A 2200!!!!!!..i have 3000 so i have to go with that for tomorrow....will see said the blind man....lol..

 

well i went to the 1/8 track last nite, no change my car just doesn't come out of the hole with a bang, my trap was 97.40, 60ft 1.9, and 1/8 time was 7.44.....i have gone 1.6.........pills are set at 3200...100shot...

 

what tires are you using?
