Which nitrous system do you have?
Also, with a 3600 stall you will lose quite a bit through the drivetrain. That does not account for the a/f. Have you checked flowing pressure at the rail? What is your fuel pressure rated at for the nitrous system you have?

HSW kit, nitrous outlet 92 mm plate. Im at 58 psi at the rail, gauge sensor is connected at the rail. and as far as pressure relating to the jets?
NA AFR= 12.8-13.1
NA AFR= 12.8-13.1

Okay so without pulling the N2O bottle and weighing it is there a way to figure out how much is in the n2o bottle. I think i remember reading that with a 10lb 3000psi bottle when the nano gauge gets down to a certain psi the nitrous bottle is empty or darn near.

once i start moving again (stuck on the couch poping vicoden after surgery today) i'll go weigh the bottle and note the nano psi so we can start working on a chart unless someone else has this info already

I know last time out I made three 1/4 mile runs on a full bottle on a 100 shot... I could go weigh it and see how much is gone and what psi (I can get mine to 4000 PSI) the NANO has in it. I will be at my storage this friday so I can do it then.

I run the NANO system and had a problem with it 1st time down the track, I had the pressure go to 1400 psi before I let out of it....
We found out the regulator got damaged during fill up.. The check valve had no pressure so the surge went to the NANO and messed up the regulator.
So, I was told from NANO to disconnect the hose from now on.. Have not had a problem since. Just FYI so this wont happen to anyone else.

Here's my current project. it's an '01 Z06 with 10lb set-up. It's current weight with everything full and mounts installed was 29lbs. The bottle full was 24lbs and 12 ounces. So the billet N2O bottle bracket, the NANO bottle and brackets, compressed air and lines adds approx 4lbs and 4ounces. Anyone have a empty NANO set-up they could weigh? (I use a bath room scale, so my weights are not perfect, lol)
Does compressed air really weigh anything, much? there must be a scientist type reading along? Actually there must be somewhere on the Internet that shows all gases, vapors, liquids and how they weigh under pressure. Interesting no doubt. Anyway, I don't think it would be anywhere close to N2O pressure/weight. You paint ball guys must know if your gun gets any heavier after a refill?

Robert very clean install.
Beleive it or not when you compress air that much it does weigh something. In the 10# 4500 system you will see about 1.5#'s when full from empty. Can i get a picture of the outside of the car as well?

Okay, so i noticed my perfomance dropp off sharply so i checked the gauges, the NANo still said 2500 psi but the n2o output was only putting out 900 psi and right after i do i short 1/2 second purge it was down to about 700 psi and slowly came back up to 900, i pulled the n2o bottle and weighed it there was only about 2 lbs in the nitrous bottle, i'm gonna refill everything and try again, i'm just wondering why the pressure gauge on the nano was still at 2500 but the nitrous pressure was down to only 900 psi, it seemed like there was a little bit of n2o left

Just a thought... But, I had something similar like that happen to me, turns out I kinked the N20 line. So, I would purge, pressure would drop then come back up.. And when I sprayed, it would fall on its face due the N20 getting pinched/not flowing fast enough....
I took off the seat belt where it bolts to the floor board when I installed my cage.. So, while bolting it back down to the floor I pinched the N20 line.

hmmm, i could see that but my nitrous gauge is an inline on the output of the bottle, i could see what you are talking about but i think the gauge would have to be downstream of the pinch inorder to pick up that drop, also the resting pressure of the n2o with nano on fell and stayed to about 900 with about a pound of n2o and 2500 indicated of nano, if it was somehow related to a pinched line the pressure should have eventually risen to 1050 psi if the nano was working properly

NO i didnt i got the bottle filled and ran it last night, since they restructered my class i have to run a little slower so i wasnt making full passes on the bottle. When i first got to the track i opened the n2o and the pressure was perfect at 1050 before i opened the nano, the pressure seemed to be good all night, i only made 4 passes on the bottle, but when i checked it today the pressure was down to only 900 again with the nano on and 2500 indicated on the nano gauge, i have to go pull it all out and weight it again but it is starting to seem like the nano doesnt want to push out more than about 900 psi. I'll head out and pull the bottle in a min and let you know how much is in it.
