I dont think any one company has is 'best'. But ive been ordering parts through HSW, and have been pretty happy. They also have 10% off right now, as well as door busters, at 30+10 percent! Maybe a wet kit will come up.

This is an easy question. It's simple the one that comes with all the safety stuff.
