Were you using the electric or the mech gauge? I use 2 of the mech gauges and don't have a problem with them.

Any after market gauge can vary on accuracy. I have had cars that had three different gauges in it and every one of them read differently. Only cerified gauges will give your precision.

The automotive gauges are probable the most common gauges.

We have some budget friendly gauges here.

I have 2 guages in my car, one of which is a autometer, reads 1025 on the guage and the bottle, thats with NANO, so it should be legit.

I've got a Dynotune Nitrous pressure guage and it seems to be very accurate and always shows the same pressure as my on bottle mechanical gauge.

My V-Series gauge is within 20-/+ to my mechanical gauge on the bottle itself. But i guess thats what a $550 gauge gets you eh?

No real issues with my Autometer inside the car. Its the electrical version. Seems to be spot on.

I had a mechanical Autometer gauge in the car, 2-5/8 IIRC and mine was also way off, by a few hundred psi.
It now sits on my shelf in the garage

I have the electrical autometer too, and yes, sometimes its off 50-100 psi. THere is an adjustment pot on the transducer, but it seems to vary wether its over or under the pressure on the bottle gauge. I usually read both and note the difference so I can at least use the electrical gauge for reference.

If you want accuracy and billet construction go with our DYnotune Gauge - Accuracy to 1 PSI.
