Default Low Pres Stand Alone

If I wanted to fab up a stand alone fuel system for my nitrous but wanted to use a low pressure setup, what would my target fuel pressure be? Would there be any flow requirements?

Does anyone want to recommend a specific pump?

I am running a Cold Fusion Fogger with there stand alone kit as well. It is a "low pressure" system. I am running a 28N/24F tune up. I started @ 6.5psi and worked down from there. Just be sure to read the plugs and adjust timming and fuel from there. When you do set your fuel pressure, dont dead head the system. Set if flowing.

I tend to shoot for around 10psi on my low pressure set ups. 6psi is really common as well.

Thanks for all the replies.

If I was going to use a holley blue pump would I want the matching fuel pressure regulator? I ask because the one summit recommends is returnless.

Do I want a low presure stand alone setup to have a return? What about a vent on the cell? Is there a need for both of these?

by the time you peice everything together you are better off to just outright buy a kit already setup. I suggest this one. I run it on my TA and it is the ****!!

That's a nice kit, but you can build you're own low pressure kit for less than $300.

I'm putting together a high pressure kit. Parts have cost me $385. I should have it installed this weekend.

I had a low pressure homemade kit on my car and liked it other than the fact that it was not a return system. Rigged it up and made it work.

Then bought a used Harris Speed works kit for 425.
